Butterfly Wonderland Scottsdale 27 July 2019

The fine folks at Tempe Camera hosted a photographer's visit to Scottsdale's Butterfly Wonderland on 27 July 2019.  


I captured images this day with the Canon EOS R and Canon 100mm macro lens.  


It is HOT and HUMID in there.  The good news was there was relief in the air conditioned cafeteria just outside the butterfly area.

There were butterflies of course.  And female models (wood nymphs) and lovely flowers.  













In addition to the extreme humidity, sometimes the misters came on which meant time to clean the lens glass.
